Change of Mind

Thank you for choosing That's A Wrap for your latest DIY project. We strive to provide you with the best products and customer service. However, if you find the need to return a product, please read our refund and return policy carefully

1. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requesting a return outside of this timeframe will automatically be rejected.

2. All items must be in original condition. We do not accept returns for products with visible signs of misuse, damage or alteration.

3. Please contact our Customer Support Team on hi@thatsawrapshop.com.au. Our dedicated support team is here to check your eligibility for a return, as well as to ensure a smooth return process.

4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. That's A Wrap will not reimburse return shipping expenses.

5. Once we receive your returned products and inspect them, we will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the items.

6. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
